Ron Kurtz is an experienced attorney and business executive with a diverse background in the legal and operational aspects of numerous and varied enterprises. Dr. Richard Gendler holds three law degrees, including a JSD (Doctor of Science of Law), the PhD equivalent in law and the most advanced law degree, an LL.M (Masters of Law) and a J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence). He is a Professor of Business Law and Ethics and Business Law Coordinator at the Florida Atlantic University School of Business. Dr. Gendler is also Co-Faculty Director of Thomas Jefferson School Law's JSD program, serves on the Florida Bar Law Education Committee, a Florida Bar Grievance Comittee, and has published numerous scholarly articles.
