We represent clients in Chapters 7, 11 and 13 Bankruptcy Proceedings, enabling corporations and individuals to eliminate and/or restructure their debt.

We represent businesses with regard to their corporate structures, internal and external agreements and facilitate implementation of long and short-term strategies.

Civil Litigation

We represent businesses and high net worth individuals in state and federal courts in the enforcement or defense of their corporate structures, internal and external agreements, preserving assets and minimizing liabilities.

Employment Law

We represent businesses and individuals in the drafting, enforcement and defense of employment agreements. We also provide counsel to businesses with regard to compliance with employment regulations and the defense of alleged violations of same.

Guardianship, Probate, and Tax Law

We develop and implement estate planning and tax strategies to maximize probate and other outcomes. We also represent clients in probate court regarding these matters.

Healthcare Law

We represent Healthcare businesses and Healthcare Providers with regard to their corporate structures, internal and external agreements and facilitating implementation of long and short-term strategies. We also provide guidance with compliance of the myriad of regulations and issues specific to healthcare. We extend this representation to state and federal courts and before administrative tribunals.

Insurance Law

We represent Brokers, Syndicates, TPA's, Businesses and Individuals with guidance and compliance with the myriad of regulations and issues specific to the insurance industry. We provide representation in the enforcement and defense of internal agreements, external agreements and insurance agreements. We extend this representation to state and federal courts and before administrative tribunals. We also provide guidance and interpretation with regard to insurance policies and coverage.
